Shipping and Returns
Do you ship to my country?
  At this time, we are only accepting orders from the United States.
When will my order ship and what are the shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will see the shipping charges based on the dollar amount total of your order. We will ship your order in 1-3 days after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
  We are able to keep our prices low, because we manufacture "to order". We don't keep a bunch of stock on the shelves. What that means for you is that you need to be 100% sure when you order for your customer that it is the right spec and works well in their application. We only accept returns for full credit or replacement if the product was manufactured in error or is defective in some way. If you need to discuss an ordering error you made, send an email to info@shop4grit.com and we can discuss possible options.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you or your customer have received the wrong products, please contact customer service at info@shop4grit.com within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
